DearLegal Integration
DearLegal is a comprehensive legal management platform designed to streamline workflows for legal professionals. It offers features such as:

- Referral System: Facilitates seamless referrals and integrations with other legal software.
- Client Communication: Enhances communication with clients through automated updates and notifications.
Overview
- DearLegal offers an end-to-end integration through its referral system.
- Case data, client information, and statuses sync automatically.
- Incoming cases are processed in DearLegal, with status updates reflected in Case Xchange.
Pre Requisites
- Access to the DearLegal account.
- Necessary permissions to manage integrations in Case Xchange.
Installation and Setup

Access Settings:
- Navigate to Settings.
- Click on the “Integrations” tab.
- Select “Manage” next to DearLegal.

Connect to DearLegal:
- Click “Connect to DearLegal.”
- Authorize the connection by signing in and confirming in DearLegal.

Enable Integration:
- Once connected, toggle “Enable Sync” to on for new cases.
- Click “Save DearLegal Settings” after making any changes.

Pause Integration (if needed):
- To pause the integration, toggle “Enable Sync” to off.
