Overview

  • The Case Xchange Zapier integration lets you automate case workflows by triggering Zaps from Case Xchange events and performing actions (create, update, or find cases/firms).
  • Intended for admins and automation builders who want to connect Case Xchange with other apps via Zapier.

  • Necessary permissions to manage integrations in Case Xchange
