How to Resend a Users Invite in Case Xchange

Required Permissions

  • Minimum User Role requirement: Firm Admin


Process

  1. Login to Case Xchange and open 'Team Members' from the Navigation Menu.

  2. Locate the user you need to resend the invite to.

    1. To search for a specific user: Use the User 'Search' Feature.

    2. To filter for all users that are inactive and need to have an invite resent': Filter the status from 'All Status' to 'Inactive'

  3. Click the three Dots under ‘Actions’

  4. Select 'Resend Invitation'

If the user still does not receive the invite, confirm that the email is correct. If it is not correct select 'Edit User' and update the associated email.
