Update Who Receives Email Notifications

Only Users with Firm Admin Role can manage who receives email notifications

  1. To reach the Notifications Section:

    1. Click on Settings

    2. Then click on the  OG9 Tab at the top of the screen.

  2. Configure Global Notification Recipients. These recipients will get all notifications.

    1. Decide on base Notification Recipients and click the corresponding button

      1. The setting selected will highlight accordingly

    2. If specifying a "Specified Email Only" be sure to input it here. This will be based on your firm contact email but can be updated spearately

    3. You can add as many additional Email Recipients as you like in the "Additional Email Recipients' section

      1. Make sure to click to save this choice

  3. Configure type specific routing to set who should receive information about received of sent cases by clicking OG10 in either section or “Edit” to update existing rules. After creating your rule set the Route as Active (OG11)

    1. For Sent Cases you can specify a case type, jurisdiction, and specific status that the inputted emails will be notified for. By default you’ll be notified whenever a sent case has it’s status updated by the receiving firm, but this can customize who learns about it when as shown below.

    2. For Received Cases you can specify a case type and jurisdiction that the inputted emails will be notified for. There is no need to specify a status as these emails only get sent when the case is initially received.

    3. Selecting a priority can determine the order these rules are evaluated, but all emails listed that correspond to matching criteria will always be sent to all relevant users currently.
