Lead Docket Integration
Send acknowledged cases directly to Lead Docket
Prerequisites
To configure you'll need your Endpoint URL and optional API Key. You'll also need a good sense of which Lead Docket fields the Case Xchange fields should map to.
Lastly, you'll need to request access to the integration via the integration page in settings.
Setup
- Navigate to the Integrations tab in Settings and click "Manage" on Lead Docket (you'll need to request access if you have not already done so)
- Click "Enable Lead Docket Integration" to access the rest of the fields
- Specify and Endpoint and optional API Key. Click "Test Connection" to ensure it works properly to the endpoint
- Set any field mappings to ensure the proper information gets brought into Lead Docket
- Set "Auto-Send New Referrals" if you'd like the case to sync into Lead Docket immediately when acknowledged in Case Xchange. Otherwise you'll need to click "Send to Lead Docket" on the case page.
