Product Updates - 2/18/26 Release

This release delivers several important improvements to system performance,  analytics, and integrations. Customers will see faster load times in key reporting areas and the ability for a more seamless bulk update functionality

New Features

1. Major Overhaul to Analytics UI

We’ve redesigned the Analytics experience to be faster, more intuitive, and more flexible:

  • New Analytics Homepage with at-a-glance firm “report card” metrics (received/signed/sent cases and outcomes).
  • Clear separation of Received Cases, Sent Cases, and Revenue views.
  • New and updated charts for trends, outcomes, and top-performing partners, case types, and jurisdictions.
  • New revenue-focused reports for both received and sent cases (including total and average settlement values and fees).

2. Case expiration and “Requires update” notifications

We’ve introduced the concept of “expiring” cases that require attention:

  • Cases can be flagged as “Requires update” and surfaced prominently in the UI.
  • Flexible timing rules (hours or days) control set by the sending firm when a case is considered stale
  • Automated email alerts run during business hours to remind receiving firms to follow up on cases that have not been updated.

3. New Bulk Update Functionality

We’ve updated our import/export tools to be more user friendly:

  • This includes clearer bulk update behavior and richer data returned from case-related endpoints.
  • Users will now be able to use bulk update to edit all fields they can access from the edit screen in a template with all the available information
  • Users can also export specifically received or sent cases separately

Improvements to Existing Features

1. Faster Analytics and Firm Loading

We’ve optimized how data is loaded in the Analytics section and the Firms page in the Admin Console, significantly improving load times.
Future work will further segment content to keep the experience snappy as data on the platform continues to grow.

2. Cleaner, more Readable Case Type Names

Case Types now display a separate "Display Name" for clarity.
For example, what used to be displayed as Ada American Disability Act is now shown as "ADA (American Disability Act)." Proper capitalization ensures an easier experience, however the old case types are still supported via the API.

Integrations

1. Update to Open API for new case fields

We've ensured that the existing API supports newly created fields in addition to status updates. This also will allow the Zapier integration to access these fields.

Bug Fixes

1. Test cases now correctly create Dear Legal matters

Resolved an issues with test cases not syncing correctly for certain

2. Firm Creation via Private Network

When creating a totally new firm via the private network an error would appear in the UI even though the firm would be created correctly. This removed the error from appearing.
