Provide Referral Instructions to Partner Firms
Providing specific referral instructions to your partners can aid in conversion of those leads and more efficient processes on both sides
What are Referral Instruction?
Referral instructions are inputted for the firm receiving the referral. Sending firms cannot currently update their partners for them.
Referral instructions can be anything from a warm transfer number to questions to ask before transferring to a bit more information about what types of cases you want to receive. For example, if you're a firm that wants to receive only motorcycle accident injuries, you would have to select a case type of "automobile incident" but could specify in the instructions that only motorcycle accidents should be included.
This is also a great place to include warm transfer numbers so firms can transfer their intake call live to your team increasing the possibility of conversion
