Using Analytics

Some tips for getting the most out of the built in analytics portal and reports

The analytics view can be seen by all users and includes an overview tab followed by 5 separate report tabs enabling the ability to drill into specific information

Overview Tab

A quick glance for the total number of sent and received cases for the current day, week, and month.

Calendar Week and Month refers to period up until that point and the difference provided below in red/green correlates to the point in time in that corresponding period (so if looking on the 12th, it's the difference of how many cases were sent on the 12th the previous month. The "Today" number does not correlate to point in time, just comparing the current day to all cases sent the day before.

The two charts both show all cases in the last rolling 30 days.

Received Tab

This tab providers a general outlook of all cases received to your firm. Filter by all referring firms to get the data about the cases sent to you from a specific relationship.

The page, like sent cases and sent referrals, defaults to cases received all time, but can be filtered by referral date or signed date

Sent Cases Tab

Sent cases will show all cases your firm has sent, ignoring if the same case was referred multiple times. Filtering by all receiving firms here will filter by the firm it was most recently referred to. The filters also allow you to select if you want to sub-divide it by the first referral or the last (most recent) referral.

Outcomes reports show terminal stages only, meaning it's either been closing, closed, or rejected/withdrawn.

The fact that it's shown at the case view also enables you to drill down to see how many referrals were sent by each case via the "Referral Attempts by Unsigned Case" and "Signed Cases by Referral Attempt" report

Sent Referrals Tab

Here you can see all referrals without regard to if the referrals are associated with the same cases.

The view here gives a glance towards the efficacy of your referral team in general and how many connections they've made over a period of time

Revenue (Received) Tab

Both this tab and the Revenue (Sent) tab default to showing the last year and give a glance of the financial impact of you referrals.

Importantly "received" here refers to the case being received and hence the revenue received directly from the case, not the revenue received from the referral.

Revenue (Sent) Tab

Similar to Revenue (Received) this tab gives a general overview of the financial impacts of cases sent on the platform.

The six quick reference numbers on the top of the page give general insight into the related revenue for the referrals.
