Zapier Integration

Overview

The Case Xchange Zapier integration lets you automate case workflows by triggering Zaps from Case Xchange events and performing actions (create, update, or find cases/firms).
Intended for admins and automation builders who want to connect Case Xchange with other apps via Zapier.

New Case	Trigger	Fires when a new case is created.
Case Status Changed	Trigger	Fires when a case status changes.
Case Type List	Trigger	Returns list of available case types.
Jurisdiction List	Trigger	Returns available jurisdictions.
Referral Firm List	Trigger	Returns referral firms.
Case List	Trigger	Returns a list of cases.
